Washing your bundles before install helps remove any factory residue, ensures the hair is clean, and allows the natural texture to fully come through. This also helps reduce tangling, improves manageability, and preps the hair to hold styling products better. Use a gentle, sulfate-free shampoo and follow with a moisturizing conditioner for best results.

Curly & Kinky Hair Care

Always use a wide-tooth comb or your fingers to detangle while the hair is wet and saturated with conditioner.
2.

Use a spray bottle with water + leave-in conditioner to refresh curls daily.
3.

Avoid brushing dry curls — it can lead to frizz and breakage.
4.

Use curl creams or mousse (alcohol-free) to define texture and reduce frizz.
5.

Deep condition the hair every 2–3 weeks for softness and hydration.

Straight & Body Wave Hair Care

1.

Comb with a paddle brush or wide-tooth comb starting from the ends and working upward.
2.

Use a lightweight heat protectant before styling.
3.

Avoid using heavy oils — instead, use serums to reduce frizz and add shine.
4.

When washing, use sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners.

Bed Time Hair Care

Always sleep with a satin or silk bonnet, scarf, or pillowcase to prevent friction.

For curly/kinky textures: Braid or pineapple the hair to maintain curl definition.
3.

For straight/textured styles: Wrap the hair or use flexi-rods to keep the style intact.
4.

Never go to bed with wet hair — it can cause tangling and matting.

Lace Care

1.

When washing a lace piece, avoid aggressive scrubbing near the lace. Use lukewarm water and a sulfate-free shampoo. Rinse gently in a downward motion.

Be mindful of how often you reapply glue or gel. Clean any residue off the lace using alcohol or lace remover, and never rip the lace off if adhesive is still present.
3.

Using thick oils or edge control near the lace can clog the holes and weaken the mesh. Stick to light, non-greasy products and clean buildup regularly.
4.

Use a satin scarf or melt band at night to lay your lace down and prevent lifting. Avoid tying it too tight, which can cause tension or tearing.
