Processing & Shipping

At 8Twelve, we work hard to ensure your order is processed and shipped
in a timely manner, while maintaining the quality and care your hair deserves.


  • Please allow 3–5 business days for processing. 

    Processing time begins the next business day after your order is placed and does not include weekends or holidays.

     

  • Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

  • Note: Local pickup options are available at checkout. Hair ordered online is not considered "Hair On Hand." Please allow full processing time even for local orders.


  • All packages are shipped via UPS and require a signature upon

    delivery.

  • Shipping Time: Once shipped, please allow 2–3 business days for

    delivery.

  • Shipping time begins after processing is complete and may vary

    depending on location or UPS delays.

  • SAME DAY SHIPPING - DHL

    • ●  Orders placed before 5 PM ET may qualify for same-day or next-day shipping.

    • ●  Carrier: Same-day orders are typically shipped via DHL. In some cases, we may upgrade your shipping carrier from UPS to DHL to ensure a faster delivery experience. This means your order is being shipped directly from our warehouse for quicker service.

    • ●  IMPORTANT: Not all textures are eligible for same-day shipping. To confirm if your order qualifies, please text us before placing your order. If your order does not qualify, it will be processed using our standard 3–5 business day timeline.
